The new office/retail space is approximately 50,000sf located on Kenmount Road, in the heart of St. John's, NL.
Scope of Services
DBA was responsible for the design of all Structural Steel and the Foundation System for this Design-Build project.
DBA also played a key role in Contract Administration during construction.
